We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to all products including lingerie, underwear, costumes, toys, and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace an item if it arrives damaged or defective, provided the following conditions are met:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rodriguexavier91@gmail.com
You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage before any usage.
Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for replacement.

Each case will be reviewed individually. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
